Cloudy headlights

Ever since i have had this car the headlights have been clouded over, and its been a  real shame as the car is great.

I checked some youtube videos and some say use a heatgun! on close inspection i think someone has tried that on this car as i can see the melted lens.

they didnt do a very good job, god knows what it looked like before they tried if this is better!

If you look at the photo you can see where the actual plastic has melted and run in 3 places at the bottom.

So i am going to give this kit a go, seeing as i have nothing to lose really.

At night these dont light the road up very well at all, when i drive my other car or my bike i feel like my lights are as bright as the sun compared to this Shogun

Well its not perfect and after i cleaned up the residue i realised i missed the streaks at the bottom i mentioned above.

That said though, i am pretty impressed with the outcome, its not perfect but its a lot better than it was :)

There is enough in the kit to do it all again, which i think i will.
next time i will get the marks off the bottom too
